Coastal Agents Alliance (CAA) is now Orchid Insurance. Orchid will continue to serve agents in the Northeast (CT, DE, MD, MA, NJ, NY, RI, VA) with the same team of professionals and great service. Effective immediately, you can offer your clients insurance products that are available from coast-to-coast, the Bahamas and the Caribbean.
Even though our name has changed, we are still completing our full integration with Orchid, as a result you will continue to see the Coastal Agents Alliance name and logo on our rating tool, various forms and declaration pages. These will eventually be part of the Orchid brand as well; but we will notify you in advance so it does not disrupt your business processes.
